Terms & Signature
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. The shipper agrees to pay all charges as quoted for the transport of the vehicle(s) listed above.
2. The carrier shall not be liable for damage caused by acts of God, inherent mechanical defects, or normal wear and tear during transport.
3. The shipper certifies that the vehicle(s) are in operable condition unless otherwise noted. Inoperable vehicles may incur additional fees.
4. Pickup and delivery dates are estimates only. Delays due to weather, mechanical breakdown, or other unforeseen circumstances shall not constitute a breach of this agreement.
5. The shipper is responsible for removing all personal belongings from the vehicle prior to transport. The carrier is not liable for any personal items left in the vehicle.
6. A deposit may be required to secure the order. Cancellation fees may apply if the order is cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup.
7. The shipper agrees to inspect the vehicle upon delivery and note any damages on the Bill of Lading at the time of delivery.
8. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the transport of the vehicle(s) described herein.
